2017 Montes Ermos (Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Deep red violet.
- Nose: Ripe red fruit, cherry compote in harmony with notes of spices from breeds used, sweet notes of vanilla and coffee.
- Mouth: full-bodied, structured and elegant, intense notes of red fruits and chocolate, long finish with quality tannins.
APPELLATION: Douro.
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz.
AGING: Maturation for a short period of part of the lot in oak barrels superfine third degree.
PREPARATION: maceration of part of the lot.
PAIRING: meat, cod or cheese.
RIGHT SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ° C
