TASTING NOTES:

  • Nose: Different floral aromas blend beautifully with the oak.
  • Mouth: Vibrant and electrical Paladar and finally, a persistent and subtly salty finish.

APPELLATION: Douro

VINEYARD: Naples Quinta and Vale do Pinhão.

GRAPES: Rabigato, Codega, Viosinho, Arinto.

AGING: maturation period of 9 months in French oak barrels.

PREPARATION: fermented and aged in barrels on its lees.

On the nose daffodil is especially noted on this Redoma Reserva Branco. I enjoyed it quite long after the last sip.
I do not know whether this 2016 or the previous vintage is the best I've tasted.
