2017 Quinta do Vallado Rosé (Touriga Nacional)
TASTING NOTES OF 2017 Quinta do Vallado Rosé:
- View: bright cherry.
- Nose: floral and wild fruit aroma.
- Mouth: red fruit, with a fresh finish.
APPELLATION: Douro.
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional.
AGEING: Aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks.
PREPARATION: fermentation process through "Bica Aberta" for one month with temperatures between 14 and 16ºC.
PAIRING: Light and salads.
TEMPERATURE: 8-12 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%

The combination of this Quinta do Vallado Rosé and meat did not seem appropriate, best pair it with fish. I have shared a bottle with my boss in more than one occasion.
