TASTING NOTES OF 2017 Quinta Nova Reserva Rosé:
- View: bright salmon.
- Nose: delicate aroma of red fruits, incense, spices.
- Mouth: notes of wet slate, great precision.
APPELLATION: Douro.

A Douro is better to be discovered alone.
Its intense colour attracted me. Smells fresh, like a young wine. It has a balanced acidity.
It would have been better with meat.

I especially liked the colour. It has a pleasant smell of acid strawberries. The Douro tasted like wild berries.
