2015 Quinta Nova Unoaked Magnum (Tinto Cão, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz)
TASTING NOTES Quinta Nova Unoaked 2015 :
- View: intense red, violet tones.
- Nose: red fruits, floral and balsamic background.
- Mouth: unctuous, light tannins and a pleasant finish with floral and elegant notes.
APPELLATION: Douro.
VINEYARD: Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cao.
PREPARATION: maceration cold for 3 days and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 8 days.
PAIRING: Red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
TEMPERATURE: 15-16ºC
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
