Etna Rosso DOC is a wine produced by Graci with grapes from vineyards located along the northern slope of Etna, precisely Passopisciaro. The cellar of the land extending along the Alcantara valley. The context is unique and among the most interesting of the Italian wine scene. The volcano, in fact, is a source of minerals that absorbed from the vine help to make the wines of this belt of eastern Sicily structured and powerful. The grape used for its production is the Nerello Mascalese. The variety is native Sicilian and is bred for thousands of years in these sunny lands kissed by the sun. Some business choices to offer end consumers a chance to sample the true character of the Sicilian wine. One of these is the use of ancient winemaking techniques combined with modernity. The premises are precursors to the high quality. For the Etna Rosso, in particular, it has been chosen to lead the steps of winemaking in steel tanks to preserve the freshness and immediacy of the drink. The result is a red fruity, fresh and mineral.

Bright cherry colour, high layer. In my opinion, the most noticeable smell is raspberry. Very light and complex.
I took this Etna during a brunch.
Nice chat with friends.
