Attems Sauvignon Blanc 2010

To me, this 2010 seemed more yellow than other vintages. I noticed scents of lychee and banana. It has a slightly salty final.
The best pairing would have been fish.
A wine to drink with the closest friends.

My friends loved Attems Sauvignon Blanc.
Typical opacity of a Attems. Perfume of white flowers: jasmine, lilies .... A very well balanced white.
This Attems Sauvignon Blanc was a very good pairing for the desserts.

Dark yellow colour . On the nose, white fruits noticeable. It has an appropriate bitter end.
The Attems Sauvignon Blanc pairs perfectly with meat.
Drinking it with a lover for a romantic dinner is perfect.
