- Nose: beautiful floral aroma, fruity, herbaceous, with notes of elderflower, lemon, kiwi, gooseberry lcihi and varietal notes of boxwood.
- Mouth: coherent, agile, full-bodied, smooth and fresh and persistent.
APPELLATION: Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

Jermann Silvio Sauvignon Venezia Giulia 2015
Golden yellow. The Jermann Silvio Sauvignon Venezia Giulia shows exotic floral hints of jasmine. I don't know how to describe it, but to me it had a good taste.
The Jermann Silvio Sauvignon Venezia Giulia pairs perfectly with meat.

Silvio Jermann Sauvignon Blanc 2015
Highlights the straw yellow color. Clearly noticeable aromas of white fruits. The taste was a bit salty, I was greatly surprised.

The usual color, a little bit dark. The aromas of white flowers dominate. Flavours are well balanced.
I tried it with spread cheese.

- Mouth: The taste is full, dry, elegant and balanced.
PAIRING: Combines with seafood in general, seafood risotto and white fish in sauce. It is exceptionally good with lobster and crayfish in simple recipes.

For the color that a Friuli usually has, I thought it had an intense yellow tone. It has aromas of white flowers. Smokey nuances on the palate.

A really tasteful wine of red ruby colour. Toasted and smoky aromas. I think it was a little bit salty.
