TASTING NOTES:
- Colour: Blushing pink that resembles that of a freshly cut peony.
- Aroma: A crisp, floral scent. Lemon peel and strawberries with whiffs of cotton candy lend to an aromatic sensation.
- Taste: The original dry taste of Beefeater gin marries with elegant strawberries to create a uniquely fruity flavour that pairs excellently on its own or infused into gorgeous cocktails. Juniper and coriander botanicals help to retain a noticeable gin taste and keep the sugared delight from getting too sweet. Strawberry steals the show and presents a mouthwatering palette. Lemon peel, angelica seed, and orris root guide the floral palette. Maintaining its gin roots, a warmth spreads across the mouth as one lets the pink drink sit, leading to a nice, spiced finish.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: The gin is crafted from a recipe bred from the founder himself. The gin starts off as redistilled ethanoyl. It's then seeped in stills where juniper and an array of other botanicals are added to craft the distinctive gin flavour. For the case of Beefeater Pink , strawberry and other floral noted botanicals are added to the mix. These include lemon peel, coriander seed, almond, orange peel, orris root, liquorice root, and both angelica root and seed.

Beefeater
Beefeater is a brand of English gin produced by James Burrough Ltd and distributed by the French company Pernod Ricard. It is one of the last gin still produced in the city of London. The distillery's headquarters is located at 20 Montford Place, in the Kennington district, and covers about 9,000 square metres between offices, warehouses and production sites. The distillery houses five Carter-Head bronze stills, still used today in the production of gin.
