DETAILS OF DEVELOPMENT: 'Gin Monkey 47 CUT' which is made from a range of 47 traditional and regional ingredients differs from 'Gin Monkey 47' by adding one special ingredient. The distillation of this ingredient is realized independently and after that it is
matured for 12 months in a clay pot. Subsequently it gets mixed with soft water of the Black Forest. Finished this process, the special ingredient is blended with the selection of 47 botanicals and macerated for one day and two nights to become a real MONKEY.
