The Greek di Tufo DOCG Novaserra Mastrobernardino is a white wine, Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin, produced in Tenuta Montefusco, hilly framed in the mountains of feverfew and San Giorgio del Sannio, in the province of Benevento. The vineyards of Mastrobernardino lie between 450 and 600 meters above sea level, the soils are mainly clayey composition, altitude allows a perfect ripening of the grapes in the early autumn months. The grapes, 100% Greek di Tufo, are manually gathered around the end of October and after the steel vinification process, the wine is left in aging in the bottle for a period of about 3 or 4 months. The Greek di Tufo Mastroberardino Nova Serra was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Montefusco, in the province of Avellino.
