Château Camensac 2007

The Haut Médoc is located upstream of the estuary of the Gironde. The important composition of the soil in serious incentive to grow Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines are concentrated with a tannic structure such that it takes a farm of at least 6 months. His nose is in his youth red and black fruit flavors to evolve towards spices and vanilla more or less depending on breeding. The Haut Médoc are great wines for aging. The 2007 vintage was a classic Bordeaux vintage, the elegance and finesse, but with a little less length on the palate than the two previous vintages. The reds are supple and fruity and the white are excellent, especially sweet.

Château Chasse Spleen Château de Camensac 2015
I tried it on a tasting course.
Cherry colour with brown edges. Smells like cedar wood or pine tree. Powerful flavour.
We had it with snacks.

We order it in a supper with working colleagues.
Dark red colour . The wine mainly smells like roses. Toffee and coffee flavours.
Should absolutely be paired with fish.
