Château Malescasse Magnum 2003

Is the that my parents like best.
Cherry blossom colour, nearly opaque. This Château Malescasse offers predominating notes of berries and red fruits . I got the impression that it was a well bodied wine.
We had it with a deer stew.

Aromas of ripe fruits. This red is a bit acidic. It depends on your taste.
Château Malescasse Magnum 2008, more than decent wine.

It mainly smells like chocolate. I noticed a licorice flavour.
Too strong for my taste.

It had a very shutdown colour. Strong aromas of pipe tobacco. It was light but tastes like blackberries.
It wasn't well paired with food.
I went with work colleagues to  and we tried it  there.
