Dark cherry colour. Nice smell of wood (cedar).I liked its acidity.
I would be very happy if I received the M. Chapoutier Le Pavillon Ermitage as birthday present.
It's a red I like to drink when I'm alone.

I bought it at a wine tasting stand.
Cherry colour, low layer. Finesse and sweetness of raisins. I really enjoyed this delicious bottle of Le Pavillon de Chapoutier.

Hermitage is a good area to purchase wine. Me and my clients from Hermitage tasted it together.
A Hermitage with brown edges. Strong strawberries aromas. A Hermitage with a very good acidity.

A wine of M. Chapoutier will fix any meal. The first time I drank  it with people from M. Chapoutier.
It has a very nice colour. The smell was a little heavy. It is not a sweet wine but has something.
