2005 Casa Castillo Pie Franco (Monastrell)
- View: Cherry, a little murky, dark robe, much tear.
- Nose: The nose is very sulfurous, fruity and mineral. Brakes, burnt rubber.
- Mouth: Complexity interesting, predominantly mouth and ripe black fruit compote, plum. Minerality, touch slate. Tannins present.
AGING: 18 months in barrels
