VINEYARD: Cantine Riunite. The Riunite winery was founded in 1950 in the region of Emilia-Romagna, and expanded its social base removed. For the color that a Lambrusco usually has, I thought it had an intense yellow tone. It smells a little like white flowers and lemon.On the palate it shows oily.
We paired it with meat but I would have prefered to pair it with another dish.
A Lambrusco is better to be discovered alone.
