- Color: Chartreuse Du 9 Centenaire presents a clear, pale yellow-green.
- Odour: Pungent fir mint, anise. Herbal nose with earthy licorice, black pepper, génépi, lemon verbena.
- Taste: Sweet and syrupy palate, richly flavored mint, cocoa, pine, anise and lemon. Aftertaste fir, mint, anise, bitter chocolate and snuff.
DEVELOPMENT DETAILS: Created in 1984 to commemorate the 900th anniversary of the founding of the Cartesian Order in 1084. It comes in a bottle whose shape is identical to that used in the last century.
