TASTING NOTES OF Moscatel Reserva Familia López Hermanos 50cl:
- View: dark amber with old, clean and bright golden reflections.
- Nose: Complex aromas which include notes of ripe fruit, rosemary honey, quince jelly, fresh snuff and tea. Complex and mineral. Well integrated wood.
- Mouth: fresh and powerful mouth. Good sweet-acid balance and a long finish and persistent aftertaste slate.

VINEYARD: Bodegas Málaga Virgen
GRAPES: 100% Muscat of Alexandria.

AGEING: Oxidative aging for 24 months in French oak Allier lightly toasted.
PREPARATION: Sunny grape in ferrywomen on capachetas Esparto 10-15 days. Juice extraction, very dense, is done using special horizontal presses. This starts a slight fermentation stops leading up to 15º of alcohol.

PAIRING: Wine dessert. Sweets, chocolate, foie.
TEMPERATURE: 16º C.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15% Vol.

Fantastic colour. It is the lightest Bodegas Málaga Virgen I've ever tasted .
A fortified that paired extremely well with the food.
