Manzanilla Aurora, matured in the Bodega Los Angeles (and previously transferred from a bodega in the Banda Playaà. Named after the wdow Aurora Ambrose's Lacave. Yuste integrated the 19th-C. solera with his own to produce a complex rounded and saline Manzanilla between 8 and 10 years of age, bottled with minimal treatment.

Manzanilla past and odorous with 8 years of biological aging in flower at its highest level in centenarians aromas American oak barrels.
Golden, clean and bright. The nose has a medium-high aromatic intensity with notes of yeast. Chalk and minerality of albariza own. The mouth is dry, step light, saline and persistent, well balanced.
It is the perfect wine with seafood, fried fish, oysters and rice. Ideal at any time and at any time.
