Papirusa Manzanilla from the Lustau winery is named "Papirusa", which means "Pretty Woman", as a tribute to the famous work of the same name from the 40s that is still a theatrical benchmark. In addition, Papirusa was the name of the favorite doll of the wineries' first manager, Joaquín Burgos.

Manzanilla Papirusa is a monovarietal of Palomino Fino that is produced under the name Jerez and Manzanilla, it stands out for being refreshing, soft and light. TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Papirusa Chamomile is very pale straw color.
  • Nose: sharp and delicate aroma which highlights floral notes reminiscent of chamomile, almond memories, aromas of bread and salt notes.
  • Palate: the palate is dry, fresh and delicate, with light palate and soft, despite its dry finish. It has a slight acidity that produces a pleasant sensation of freshness and persistent and slightly bitter aftertaste.
