TASTING NOTES:
- View: deep golden color.
- Nose: Aromas of very intense biological aging and symphony (that are not notes) of salt, roasted nuts and olives. Aromas of those that come to you even with the cup almost out of hand.
- Mouth: Mouth of the greatest sensations structure and really sharp yeast, toasted almonds, macadamia nuts, old wood ... Tremendous persistence, the sensations are prolonged and seem to have no end. Glorious.

Deep colour at first sight. The texture is watery.
