- Nose: dried fruit, chamomile, honey, flowers, dry grass, green apple, ocean breeze, low tide, soft notes of yeast and citrus.
- Palate: powerful, dry, bitter nuts brand much in step, especially walnut, is glycerine, fresh aniseed point, a whole delicate, sweet finish with hints of biscuit marie very long aftertaste and persistence

Chamomile is a wine that can be taken very well with ham, cheese and fish, but where it reaches the zenith of its marine aromas, is with the seafood, especially if the Prawn of Sanlúcar, with links in perfect harmony.
