Ruby cherry very vivid, bright, good coat, opaque. Appropriate intensity, red fruit aromas. Perceived spicy and balsamic, fresh and fruity. Very aromatic and enveloping. Vivo, tasty, fruity and balanced, ripe berries (blueberries, raspberries) smoked, menthol, red candy, and elegant leather.
Pairing: Pairs well with various types of meat: grilled meats, traditional stews, Segovia suckling pig, ribbon or roast pork loin with chestnut puree.
