AGING: for 16 to 18 months in oak barrels, fermentation in aging.ELABORATION: with aging fermentation it is aged in new bronze barrels, with an annual production of around 100,000 bottles.
WINE PAIRING: classic dishes based on rice, pasta, white meat, red meat, stews, veal, pork, lamb, duck, stew. Fish, tuna, mushrooms.
