- Mouth: Nice and balanced with hints of berries, cherries, cedar, leather and spice box tones. general
AGING POTENTIAL: is it fit for consumption between now and 2032
TEMPERATURE: 15 to 17 º C
DEGREE OF ALCOHOL: 14%
PAIRING: Grilled Beef, cannelloni, pork stews, pasta with meat
WINEMAKING: The grapes are destemmed and cold macerated later. The must fermented at controlled temperature and raised in French oak barrels (up to 50% new) for 18 months.
