Château La Tour de Mons is a property in one piece, a real ending, established in the northern part of the Margaux appellation. Several generations have passed on this land since the beginning of the castle in the thirteenth century. The castle is classified Cru Bourgeois in the famous classification of 1936. Since the 1990s, a major renovation program was set up by the new owners: construction of a new winery and an air-conditioned storage cellar, major drainage program, rational vineyard management with a view to sustainable ecological balance. Château La Tour de Mons is administered by CA Grands Crus since 2012. Anne Le Naour, Technical Director of CA Grands Crus properties, oversees the optimization plan of the entire vineyard, assisted advice of oenologist Eric Boissenot. Everything is implemented to produce a classic wine, pure and elegant, in the deepest respect of this great Margaux terroir.
