Maintained and harvested exclusively by hand with extreme care, the 78 hectares of vines (75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot) derive their wealth deep in soil clayey gravelly particularly dense and thick. We had it with a tart. Drinking it with friends is always a pleasure.
It had a deep colour at first sight. The 2017 smells like violets. I like the slight roughness it leaves you on the mouth.

Margaux Margaux 2016
Nice red Bordeaux colour. This 2016 has a toffee aftertaste. It reminded me of black plums.
The Margaux Margaux is the ideal wine to pair it with wild boar sausages.
It was part of a wine tasting.
