Château Margaux 1991

TASTING:
- View: still young
- Nose: fine and subtle that a last-minute settlement highlights
- Palate: a model of purity and proportion

Average 20: 17
2006-04 bottled in a particular

Its freshness and youth impress
It will evolve constantly during dinner: cedar, cassis, creamy
Very distinguished, sappy, it crunches, it sucks gently in great length the noble tanicité
S swallows like whey
The last tasting gave me the impression that this wine was still in reserve
So do not rush to drink before 2015-2020

Blessed is he who possesses magnum! In this container, I bet that the quality of this wine would surprise a lot of people!

Tight but promising nose of rich cassis, licorice, and toasty new oak; dense, medium to full-bodied, with plenty of depth, moderate tannin and a long, rich finish

We had it with a tart. Drinking it with friends is always a pleasure.
It had a deep colour at first sight. The 2017 smells like violets. I like the slight roughness it leaves you on the mouth.

Margaux Margaux 2016
Nice red Bordeaux colour. This 2016 has a toffee aftertaste. It reminded me of black plums.
The Margaux Margaux is the ideal wine to pair it with wild boar sausages.
It was part of a wine tasting.

Has a very cheerful colour. Aromas of walnut and hazelnut. It left my tongue like sandpaper.
This wine improved our meal.
At the a friend's wedding.
