Beautiful notes of cedar nose Here again, the new generation continues to refine the vinification of this wine and to get closer to what you expect from a terroir of this class.

Château Rauzan-Gassies 2010

Château Rauzan Gassie is located within the Margaux appellation. The foundation of Rauzan-Gassies Desmezures by Pierre de Rauzan, merchant and farmer of the Latour family, as winery dates from the seventeenth century. The redemption of the land around allowed him to create two vineyards: Rauzan Gassies and Pichon-Longueville, two future Grands Crus. Since 1946 Rauzan-Gassies Quié belongs to the family that maintains the wealth of this gravel soil and the distinction of the property.

Red with violet nuances. This Château Rauzan Gassies had good scents of red fruits.Powerful flavour.
I would suggest that you serve it with a good potatoes stew.
I had it at some good friends house.

Famille Rauzan Gassies Château Rauzan-Gassies 2016
It would have been better with fish. Perfect wine to share with friends.
This red wine is cherry with brown edges. Strong aromas of nuts. I didn't notice any aftertaste, but the taste was right.

Famille Rauzan Gassies 2016
A wine with a high layer and a nice cherry colour. Aromas of coffee and wood.Quite sweet.
It accompanied our desserts.
The best of Famille Rauzan Gassies for drinking in good company.
