TASTING NOTES OF 1984 Pavillon Blanc du Château Margaux:

  • View: Pavillon Blanc du Château Margaux Blanc 1984 presents a flawless yellow-green dress with a lot of tears.
  • Nose: gourmand nose with balsamic and delicate notes of civet yet very Sauvignon. Waking up to go in and tempered glass, wine became warmer though without alcoholic, more kindling and spices and fresh fruit among citrus and exotic.
  • Mouth: dry but softened by its density, acidity and tannin to give forcefulness allies and concentration, fruitiness without limits and primary grape tastes filling mouth attack. spicy notes and toast ending with hints of cream giant. Pleasure in volume and unforgettable concentracón.

I definetely wouldn't pair this wine with fish dishes. It's a white I like to drink when I'm alone.
Deep colour at first sight. Noticeable in this Bordeaux lemon and grape fruit aromas. Astringent.

This time I shared it with two couples.
The Pavillon Blanc Bordeaux enhances its golden yellow colour. Aromas of lemon grass. Oily in the palate.
The Pavillon Blanc Bordeaux was a great choice for the desserts.

I drank it with someone special.
I liked the golden yellow colour. Lemon and apple notes. I would say it was a Bordeaux with good body.
Bordeaux wines pair well with any type of pasta.
