Pavillon Blanc du Château Margaux blanc 2007

- View: 2007 Pavillon Blanc Margaux shows a beautiful pale yellow
- Nose: Bouquet, complex and profound, is a very great intensity. It offers aromas of citrus (orange and grapefruit) and plum on a sweet base line, butter and almond paste.
- Mouth: Powerful in the mouth. Many richness and roundness with a freshness and balance provided by aromas of passion fruit and candied citron. Great freshness on the finish.
PAIRING: marinated salmon with red berries, oysters, salt cod fillet with blue cheese, goat cheese

Grapes: 100% Sauvignon blanc

Château Pavillon Blanc 2007

Take it with a seafood. The first time I drank it with people from Château Margaux.
Golden yellow. Very pleasant citrus scent. Reminded me of burned wood and it was a pleasant taste.

I definetely wouldn't pair this wine with fish dishes. It's a white I like to drink when I'm alone.
Deep colour at first sight. Noticeable in this Bordeaux lemon and grape fruit aromas. Astringent.

Pavillon Blanc Bordeaux 2017
This time I shared it with two couples.
The Pavillon Blanc Bordeaux enhances its golden yellow colour. Aromas of lemon grass. Oily in the palate.
The Pavillon Blanc Bordeaux was a great choice for the desserts.

I drank it with someone special.
I liked the golden yellow colour. Lemon and apple notes. I would say it was a Bordeaux with good body.
Bordeaux wines pair well with any type of pasta.
