Babich Black Label Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Looking for a perfect Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand? Here it is: The bouquet smells delicious and intense passion fruit and nutmeg and develops on the palate in addition hints of citrus and pineapple. The expressive fruitiness of the Black Label Sauvignon Blanc from Babich is accompanied by a pleasant minerality and fresh acidity. Also hints of melon and gooseberry are recognizable and reverberate long after the finish. The maturation in wood owes the wine its complexity and grippy texture.

Babich Black Label Sauvignon Blanc 2017

It was recommended by a friend.
The Sauvignon Blanc had a very deep color. The aromas of white flowers dominate. Surprises with its dry taste.

With Yellow amber notes in the edge. I noticed aromas of acacia flower. Very rough on the palate.
It was a special meal and served with sea food.
The first time I drank it with people from Babich.

Good wine that fits well in Mediterranean seafood. I found it at a wine tasting.
A beautiful vivid colour. Over all, the Babich Black Label Sauvignon Blanc reminded me of white flowers. The taste was a bit salty, I was greatly surprised.

A wine to be paired with "Tapas"

Nice and pretty colour. White flowers are perceived in this Babich Black Label Sauvignon Blanc. It tasted like grape juice.
