Marisco The Kings Bastard Chardonnay 2011

This wine shows on the palate of deep complexity and maturity. A wonderful enjoyment, whose construction made of fine layers of fig and cashew nuts is this enjoyment is enhanced by the subtle spicy oak flavor. A wine full of depth and flavor with a lingering finish by juicy, ripe, tropical fruits! The 'bastard' is a trademark of Chardonnay quality of the Marlborough region of New Zealand.

Marisco The Kings Bastard Chardonnay recalls white fruit. I noticed a kind of salty aftertaste in the finish.
Excellent QPR.

It's a good wine to chink glasses. I got it as a gift from my boss.
This Marisco The Kings Bastard Chardonnay reveals a bright yellow. Jasmine, lilies....this Marisco The Kings Bastard Chardonnay has gentle aromas of white flowers. It has a slightly smokey flavour, very light wine.

It was very expensive for me.
Like many Chardonnay it had a light golden brown colour. The Marisco The Kings Bastard Chardonnay reminded me of jasmine on the nose. A Marisco The Kings Bastard Chardonnay is never a light experience.

Intense colour at sight. As soon as I smelled it, I noticed the white flowers scent. The Marisco The Kings Bastard Chardonnay had been badly kept, because you could taste like ripe grapes.
Marlborough wines pair well with any type of pasta.
I gave it to some friends because i had to make a gift.
