Mount Nelson Sauvignon Blanc 2012

A Sauvignon of the highest order! The tropical character and fresh aromas characterize the Mount Nelson Sauvignon Blanc. With a bouquet of complex, almost explosive fruitiness. The typical flavors of gooseberries, peppers and tomatoes are complemented by a subtle hint of vanilla and give this great Sauvignon its racy structure.

Mount Nelson Sauvignon Blanc 2012

Massive, fruity, wonderful! This excellent white wine from the New World shines with full aromas, refreshing acidity and a bouquet reminiscent of a fruit basket: gooseberry, grapefruit, elderflower and pineapple meet here on subtle spicy notes. Perfectly balanced structure, impressive finish - no doubt that this New Zealander comes from one of the world's best areas for growing Sauvignon Blanc!

A light wine to pair with salads. Brought by a friend and I opened it with him.
It has a straw yellow colour. It smells of lemon and apple. Quite sweet.

The best of the meal was this wine. We drank with another couple.
It had a deep colour at first sight. Very aromatic, with a predominance of bananas and lychees. In the end there was as a very soft bitter touch.
