DiamAndes Uco Malbec is a wine grape that reveals the fullness, richness and intensity of the fruit of the Malbec, Argentina's emblematic variety. Established in altitude, plots enjoy warm, sunny days and fresh nights, ensuring good acidity wines accompanied by freshness and balance. The harvest is manual in small crates, berries cooled in cold storage before being vinified by severity: mild extractions fractionated pumping, slow fermentation at low temperature in 64 small stainless steel tanks with double wall. Breeding 14 months in French oak barrels, half to nine.
This DiamAndes Uco Malbec 2013 has a dress of bright and deep ruby. The complex nose reveals the characteristic notes of this noble grape, red and black fruits, blackberries, cherries, licorice, wrapped in a floral touch. The frank and silky attack continues on a good volume of fruit, chocolate and a nice smoked. The tannins, ripe and delicate, wearing a general balance of the costs. All the power and complexity of Malbec! A delight !

Good oak smell. It has a mellow taste of chocolate pudding.
In general I'd call this a good wine.
