Kaiken Brut

The Kaiken Spumante is a very elegant sparkling wine produced by traditional Champenoise method using the best grapes from a unique terroir Mendoza with all the right features to make the desired acidity and elegance. The Argentine 'champagne' is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and come from a vineyard at a whopping 1,400 meters in Gualtallary sector of the famous Uco Valley. In the mouth the Kaiken Spumante refreshing but a powerful sparkling wine with remarkable balance and lively acidity with an extremely elegant body and structure that is put forward by the Pinot Noir and a lingering aftertaste with toast and almond-like tone by Chardonnay. The fine acidity makes it an excellent partner for oysters and other shellfish and is a perfect combination with raw fish dishes such as sushi, salmon, tuna.
