TASTING NOTES:
- View: Bright mahogany, iodinated tones.
- Nose: Powerful and sexy, roasted notes, memories of pastries and coffee liqueur.
- Mouth: sweet, broad and unctuous, memories candy coffee and cocoa on bottom of raisins. larguísimo end.
APPELLATION: Montilla-Moriles.
GRAPES: Pedro Ximenez.
AGEING: aged in American oak casks by criaderas and solera system for over 5 years on average. 100% from the hearth began in 1927.
Elaboration: Made from grapes Pedro Ximenez pasificadas the sun.
PAIRING: blue cheese, pastries, ice cream vanilla and black chocolate.
TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 16%

It has been 275 years since Don Diego de Alvear y Escalera, began in 1729 the production in the town of Montilla, region of Andalusia, Spain, the very first wines of Alvear. Since then, Alvear has continued to progress and develop in a continuous and harmonious manner.
