Description · Osborne
Coquinero (Pedro Ximénez, Palomino and Palomino Fino)
Light pale gold color to this wine and pours very clear/briliant. The nose on this wine is seriously pretty with a rich honey quality that makes me think of the honey and fresh cheese(mato) dish they serve in Catalunya, Spain. Streaks of caramel wisp in and out with a raw nut element. FUN! In the mouth this wine is soft, delicate, and yet finishes rich and bold. Really a bold wine for such a delicate appearance! Imagine that honey from the nose now mixed with flowers and salted nuts. I'm in love, this wine for the price is incredible, and the complexity will make the experience of drinking the whole bottle a true joy.

- View: Straw bright gold.
- Nose: It has an expressive, intense nose with remarkable depth starts slightly sharp, there are any notes of nuts, soft hints of old furniture varnish, lightly salt and a touch of green olives.
- Mouth: The mouth bitter, with a dry, sharp step. Franco, sexy, long and very well defined.
PAIRING: Ideal with appetizers, lightly salted nuts. It may originally combined with fried fish.
