TASTING NOTES OF 1987 Don Px Gran Reserva:
- View: black with shades of iodinated exclusive wines Pedro Ximenez.
- Nose: notes of black chocolate, dried figs, prunes, raisins and sweet spices.
- Mouth: good acidity, concentrated age, very balanced in its sweet profile, marked flavors (also licorice and black olives) persistent in the mouth for a few minutes. Exotic and lush.
APPELLATION: Montilla-Moriles.

Don PX Gran Reserva 1987
- View: black zaino with mahogany trim and dense tears of iodine. reflections of old gold and brown with a glossy black color, almost impenetrable by light, very clean.
- Nose: Datil concentrated aromas, roasted and liquorice, a background of candy, raisins, dates, chocolate and syrup.
- Mouth: dense in its proper place, rather licoroso with a very enveloping sweet step, and an endless slightly bitter finish, balanced sweetness, surprisingly bitter aftertaste, a good fit between notes of dried fruit, toasted and friendly background toffee.
APPELLATION: Montilla-Moriles.
