Far Niente Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Far Niente Cabernet Sauvignon opens with beautifully lifted spice and black fruit aromatics of clove, anise, back cherry and blackberry, layered with a hint of rich oak. A round, supple entry leads to a silky smooth mid palate. Cassis, clove and toasted oak complement the back and red fruit flavours with fine grained, age-worthy tannins providing structure to the dark, juicy finish.
