2019 Viña Zorzal Chardonnay (Chardonnay)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: slightly greenish, clear and bright.
- Nose: aromas of pineapple, lemon, hints of honey.
- Mouth: fresh, dry, white notes, long and drawn fruits.
APPELLATION: Navarra.
GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay.
PREPARATION: fermenting only the flower must obtained by a soft pressing and subsequent clarification.
WINE PAIRING: blue fish, vegetables, pasta with fish sauce, stews, pasta with meat sauce and rice fish.

That white is almost golden yellow. Smells really good, like fresh lemons. The Viña Zorzal tastes dry.

This 2016 has a very clear golden colour. Clear memories of white flowers. Too watery in the mouth.
