Château Lafite Rothschild 2008

Château Lafite Rothschild is a wine estate in the Pauillac region of the Médoc, which produces one of the most sought-after and expensive red wines in the world. The grand vin is known for its perfume, elegance, finesse and harmony, in contrast to the more powerful Latour and Mouton Rothschild. Nevertheless, great vintages can age for 50 years or more.

Château Lafite Rothschild 2008

TASTING:
- View: dark and good intensity
- Nose: fruity and pure but discreet
- Palate: velvety, the wine develops keeping this velvet throughout the tasting

Note: 16, 75 - 17/20

But it does not take power in mid-palate
The plot is tight and wrapped tannin
normal length
Wine is certainly sophisticated, but more magnitude would not hurt!

TASTING NOTES:
Aromas of high quality unsmoked cigar tobacco, lead pencil shavings, creme de cassis, earth, cedar and asphalt; full bodied, rich and stunningly concentrated

Lafite Rothschild Pauillac 2016
We drank it with appetizers. I celebrated a special occasion with Lafite Rothschild Pauillac and my couple.
Cherry colour, low layer. Smells of hazelnuts and almonds. A surprisingly fresh wine.

It was too well-bodied for our meal. Nice chat with friends.
Dark cherry colour, medium opacity. Aromas of nuts. A little bit salty but it was very good.
