Reviews of 2016 Château Lynch Moussas
The terroir of Château Lynch-Bages now covers almost 60 hectares, with 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot. The care provided to the vines are made with delicacy, where the harvest by hand, stripping and suckering that allow for the mature grapes and a very high quality.
On the sorting table, the grapes are carefully selected to ensure that only the best will be put into the tanks. The vinification is done in thermo-regulated tanks and breeding in barrels 60% new for 16 to 18 months. In addition, the wines benefit from the valuable advice of the oenologist Denis Dubourdieu.
Château Lynch-Bages 2013: a soft red and melts under the tongue
The wine Lynch Bages 2013 is a beautiful dark color, and is known by its vegetal nose and marked by red fruits. On the palate the wine is fleshy and full, with a lot of roundness and ripe tannins. Then come notes of blackcurrant, which is traditionally found in the Great Pauillac, for a great length that fits on the tongue.
A tasty wine that shows in his youth, but has some very nice secret to reveal to those who wait.
