Château Mouton Rothschild 2015

It is sold in many wine shops.
It's red with a violet edge. Candy aromas. I fellt it fleshy in mouth.

Château Mouton Rothschild Château Mouton-Rothschild 2015

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot - Cabernet Franc

Place: France
Contents: 0, 75 l
Mouton Rothschil is wonderfully intense, garnet and the nose is highly refined aromas of black currant and cedar wood with caramel and stewed fruit. The attack is lush, rich palate, of elegant, well-rounded tannins. Shoulder to Shoulder fruit flavors with spice and eucalyptus. The end of this Pauillac is very expressive, long and powerful, smooth and silky.

Château Mouton Rothschild 2015

2015 - Non contractual picture. In 2015, the Mouton Rothschild Pauillac Chateau makes opulent, fleshy, dense and greedy to the point that it could be mistaken for a Mouton-Rothschild 2005, another great vintage. Born from the assembly of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc, Mouton-Rothschild 2015 is a complete wine, balanced and character. The nose is elegant, fruity end with expressive aromas of blackberry and blueberry, accompanied by toasted notes of fresh licorice and light tobacco which complete this complex aromas. The palate shows fresh, meaty and salty, with a great intensity. It opens with velvety tannins and creamy smooth texture qu'enrobe seasoned with a touch of minerality. The mouthfeel is full, rich flavors of ripe fruit and peppery spice. The exceptional length of the final concludes a tasting of a remarkable balance. Domain Château Mouton Rothschild: Making Sheep an art and beauty world: the ambition is there, everywhere visible. Outside, in the harmonious arrangement of spaces and volumes, in the subtle arrangement of perspectives, raking in "Zen" walkways in the quiet symmetry of the two pediments framing the Castle finally in the contrast between the verticality "Little Sheep" modest Victorian mansion built in 1885, covered with ivy and studded with attics and horizontality of "Big Sheep" constantly embellished and refurbished since the 1960s Great Sheep symbolizes a lifestyle - thus to receive. It has several rooms each with its own personality: the room with columns and master paintings celebrating the vine and wine; the room Dunand, after the famous laquiste who wrote in 1930 a harvest dance for the liner Normandie; the room to slide Tilt ceiling, statues and tapestries.
After the Great Chai and precious barrels, the Museum of Wine in Art, housed in a former storehouse, is a glare: rare pieces of German silverware of the seventeenth century, jugs, cups and goblets from the fabulous treasure of kings Naples, ancient, medieval tapestries, paintings, ivory, glass, Chinese porcelain, Japanese, Persian ... A magical place, where so many creators, shapes, cultures, religions demonstrate vividly the eternal and fruitful dialogue between the art and wine. [Creativeslider id = "33"]

History will remember the year 2013 an unstable and unpredictable weather. A cold and wet winter followed by a cool, rainy spring, causes a delay of the vegetative cycle and disrupts flowering.
In sharp contrast, July and August are particularly hot and sunny with significantly lower than average rainfall. heat peaks at 38 ° C cause of severe thunderstorms late July.
September remains in water deficit and favors a uniform ripeness of the berries. The Cabernets are promising. The grapes reached incredible sugar with good potential acidity.
The harvest of Mouton Rothschild is conducted in record time, from 30 September to 9 October, with outstanding staff assistance of Baron Philippe de Rothschild was asked to reinforce the troops pickers.
meticulously sorted, the berries are transported in crates gravity tanks of splendid winery Mouton Rothschild. Major innovation: through transparent staves tanks, technical teams were able to observe the evolution of winemaking in every detail. Quality is at the rendezvous, despite lower production.

The 2013 vintage is a beautiful deep red color with purple highlights. The nose is very complex, marked by aromas of black cherries, raspberries, blackberries, and opens the vent to spicy notes and subtle toasty. On the palate, the attack is fresh, with a nice freshness and richness, which extends over the nuances of vanilla and chocolate, all backed by extremely fine tannins. A beautiful farm structure also reveals a long finish with a profoundly aromatic intensity.

I opened this wine with my best friend.
Red ruby colour with reddish brown edges. It resembles a red fruit compote. This is what is called a fleshy wine.
The best wine in combination with grilled foie.

Ihad it with my friends at home.
Cherry, high layer. Main smell of caramel. Berry flavour.
We drank it just like that, without food to accompany.
