Château Pichon Longueville Lalande Réserve de la Comtesse 2016

Delicious TOP Pauillac with great aging potential. Created by Chateau Pichon-Longueville Comtesse. Blend 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot 40%, 4% and 3%, Cabernet Franc Petit Verdot. The wine has a very refined and pure bouquet of black cherries, cedar and violet aromas and perfumed and sensual. Medium-bodied on the palate with soft, rounded tannins that are enveloped by layers of tobacco-tinged black fruit turns into a long, lightly spiced and smooth aftertaste. What kept longer comes this wine certainly good!
This lovely wine goes well with grilled meat, red meat (game) and even in strong spicy cheeses.

Reserve de la Comtesse Réserve de la Comtesse 2016

I found it at home, can't remember where I bought it.
It had a deep colour at first sight. The smell of violets, cherry and licorice was noticeable. Perfect balance of acidity.

Réserve de la Comtesse 2014
Cherry red colour with purple edges. Smells like red tea. I enjoyed it a long time.
It would have been better with meat.
It's a red I like to drink when I'm alone.
