TASTING NOTES:

  • Nose: Mountain smells like peaches, hazelnuts and pineapple

TASTING NOTES OF 2012 Les Cépages Chardonnay:
- View: Pale straw, a golden tinge.
- Nose: A wide open nose of rich yellow flesh fruit aromas, especially peach and nectarine, a hint of toasted hazelnut.
- Mouth: Round, full bodied and powerful, but not heavy, typical flavors of Chardonnay, tropical fruits, mango, apricot jam. Extensive, delicious and opulent finish.

APPELLATION: Languedoc-Roussillon.

GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay.

TEMPERATURE: 8-12 °C
ALCOHOL: 13%

I bought it through the net.
A golden brown white wine of Baron Philippe de Rothschild. Noticeable in this Languedoc-Roussillon lemon and grape fruit aromas. The taste of this Baron Philippe de Rothschild is woody.

This Les Cépages Chardonnay was very good with the dessert. I usually preserve Les Cépages Chardonnay for special people.
Brilliant straw yellow colour with green hues . White flowers are perceived in this Les Cépages Chardonnay. It tasted like nothing.
