Cap Ficat 2013

Nature wine, made from Xarel. the old vines. Without added sulphite. A wine where the fruit stands. Very exciting.

Dark yellow colour. It smells of lemon and apple.It has a good acidity.
It was good with carbonara spaghetti.
We drank it at a meeting with friends.

Young white wine from Penedès (Spain) produced by the winery Celler Credo Xarel grapes. the. It maridará well with seafood, white fish, rice and snacks. The optimal consumption will be this year. It should be served at a temperature of 2 ° C and 5 ° C in a glass of Riesling type for better tasting.

The Cap Ficat shows exotic floral hints of jasmine. Good flavour and long aftertaste.
It was just slightly past.

Capficat brother is a white wine from other wines such as Can Credo, The Miranius or the Credo Estrany cellar. This is also a 100% Xarel·lo fruit of vineyards worked with ecological and biodynamic farming but added a point that sets it apart: a natural wine, a wine without added sulfites. The wine is fermented in oak barrels and then there aged about 1 month and a half. This is a very elegant and delicate wine while.
