Sumarroca viticultural landscape is characterized by a soft and wavy. These soils are poor in organic matter, nutrients and minerals, very suitable for growing grapes. The composition of the soil is clayey-calcareous Xerichrept Calcixerollic type, with a high proportion of limestone.

This Sauvignon Blanc is very pleasing to the eye. Good on nose with a predominance of jasmine. In the end there was as a very soft bitter touch.

For the color that a Penedes usually has, I thought it had an intense yellow tone. Clearly noticeable aromas of white fruits. The taste is quite dry .
