I think the best pairing would be with meat. It was part of a Corporate gift.
The colour was rather dark red. Good smell of coffee and toffee. It reveals a kind of salty aftertaste.

A 2008 goes fine with snacks. I drank it together with my sister.
Wonderful cherry colour and high layer. It smells like sweets. A very well balanced Pessac-Léognan.
