Château Larrivet Haut Brion Rouge 2010

In twenty years, the Gervoson family managed to restore its size to the property that has found unity and structure it had 150 years ago.

Former director of Montrose, Bruno Lemoine just taken the reins of Larrivet Haut-Brion. The castle product regularly, for the past few vintages and with the advice of the oenologist Michel Rolland, wines of exquisite. Featuring a beautiful land in the hills of Leognan, near Haut-Bailly, raw also has a tool for modern winemaking. Everything is implemented to propose, in white and red, a generous and full-bodied wine, which quickly shows attractive, but is also able to age successfully.

It's a great, considering how much it costs, fresh, lively, invigorating, let's-have-another-glass red from Pessac-Léognan.

We paired it with snacks and we really liked this Pessac-Léognan. I went with work colleagues to Château Larrivet Haut Brion and we taste it there.
I especially liked the colour. Deep scent, like coffee. It wasn't at its optimal service temperature, it would have tasted better if so.

My friends liked the Château Larrivet Haut-Brion Château Larrivet Haut Brion.
This Cabernet Franc is very pleasing to the eye. A red that smells of cherry and licorice. The best aftertaste of Pessac-Léognan.
It's better not to pair it and drink it alone.
